When Ms. Sumner was involved in a road traffic accident that was not her fault, Camps Solicitors were on hand to help her to make a claim for personal injury compensation. Arpana Kapoor and her team of staff handled the case and successfully recovered personal injuries compensation for Ms Sumner.
The accident took place on Miller’s Bridge in north Liverpool. As the car she was in was driving along the bridge, which crosses a railway and a canal, another vehicle pulled out from a side road onto the bridge without warning, colliding with the car that Ms Sumner was a driver in. In this accident Ms Sumner received injuries to her neck and suffered from painful headaches for some time after the crash.
